Description: City of Dallas Certified Tax Parcel coverage and a one mile buffer of parcels surrounding Dallas contained in Dallas, Denton, Collin, Kaufman, and Rockwall Counties. The MultiCert table represents Appraisal records for parcels that are associated with multiple tax records (one-to-many). This feature layer is based on certified appraisal data obtained from each individual county's appraisal district for certified tax parcels in the city and a mile buffer around the City of Dallas. The effort is currently in the advanced testing and integration stage.
